Quark and avocado toast with agave syrup

Kickstart your day with this healthy toast topped with quark, avocado and a drizzle of agave syrup – delicious and low residue

INGREDIENTS

SERVES ONE

  • 1 slice white bread

  • 125g fat free quark soft cheese (save the rest of the tub for a dip with crackers)

  • 4g finely chopped chives and parsley (or dried)

  • ½ a medium avocado

  • 2 tsp. agave syrup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD

  • Add your quark and finely chopped herbs into your bowl and mix until smooth, season with salt and pepper, peel and slice your avocado.

  • Toast your bread slice and spread your quark mixture, add avocado and drizzle with agave syrup.
